The development named The Courthouse saw an impressive internal transformation of Clerkenwell County Court building, which retained its historic and imposing façade. The application proposals involved the change of use of the existing building from D1 (non residential use) to 30 residential units, including the redevelopment of the rear extension, stunning new glazed roof extension to create additional floor, external alterations to windows and a new entrance.
